Scott Foxworth, P.A.-C. and licensed paramedic, is a dean’s list graduate of the University of Texas, School of Allied Health Sciences. He received his A.A.S. with honors in emergency medical technology from Montgomery College in Houston, a B.S. in physician assistant studies in 2003, and a certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants that same year. He holds P.A. licenses in Texas, California, and Maine.

Prior to coming to The Aroostook Medical Center and Horizons Surgical Services, Scott worked as a physician assistant on the trauma and plastic/reconstructive services at a level I trauma center in San Antonio, Texas – his home state. Born and raised in Houston, Scott served that community for 24 years as a firefighter/paramedic.
