A monthly program designated for the older adult or family caregivers of the elderly to provide an opportunity for socialization and education.
Topics will include heart health, financial education/retirement options, gardening, grandchild safety, computer/Internet training, mind fitness, and holiday preparation. For only $3.00 participants receive lunch, a presentation by a professional(s) in the topic field, related handouts, and a chance at door prizes.
Program sessions are typically held twice monthly in the McCain Rooms at A.R. Gould Memorial Hospital in Presque Isle. Additional sessions may also be available. Check here for dates and times of upcoming Healthy Aging presentations.
