Every effort is made to ensure that family and friends have ample opportunity to visit their loved ones in the hospital. If you have any questions regarding our visiting policy, please ask the unit's nursing staff or call our Guest Relations Representative at 768-4142.
Because our patients' recovery is our priority, there are some policies we ask visitors to observe to help us maintain a high quality of care:
- only two visitors per patient at a time
- keep visits brief and positive
- respect our patients' privacy
- use public rather than patient restrooms (located throughout the hospital)
- remember that smoking is prohibited on all property owned by TAMC
Please note: Food or nutrition products brought to patients from outside sources must be approved by the patient's nursing staff to ensure that the food items are allowed on the patient's diet. Please bring food items just prior to when they will be eaten as TAMC cannot be responsible for the storage, preparation, and service of food from outside sources. Microwaves are available for your use.
