Dr. Gordon with a patient Horizons Caribou Health Center offers quality family practice, pediatric, orthopedic and sports medicine services to citizens of Caribou and the surrounding communities. Established in 2005, the health center features child-friendly pediatric waiting and exam rooms, along with a friendly, inviting atmosphere for all of our guests. The Caribou Health Center also offers patients a health education room, X-ray capabilities and some laboratory services.
