Erin Reikofski, PA-C The Ashland Health Center, formerly known as the Aroostook Valley Health Center, was established in 1976 and serves the healthcare needs in the communities of Ashland, Portage Lake, Nashville, Garfield, Masardis and Oxbow. The Center joined Horizons Health Services in the fall of 2002 and features child-friendly pediatric waiting room, along with a friendly, inviting atmosphere for all of our guests.
