Crown Ambulance has four bases of operation and is licensed at the Paramedic level in Presque Isle, Mars Hill, and Fort Fairfield, and is permitted to the Paramedic level in Limestone, allowing Crown staff to respond on all emergency calls. Crown also provides a Maine EMS licensed Paramedic Interfacility Air Transfer Service using two fixed-wing aircraft that provide emergency air transfer of patients to healthcare facilities in Bangor, Portland and Boston.
