Cardiac Catheterization

Cardiac catheterization is a medical procedure which allows physicians to locate blockages in the vessels that feed the heart. A flexible tube, called a catheter, is inserted into a vein or artery and directed toward the heart. TAMC has a dual-purpose lab for diagnostic cardiac catheterization/angiography services.
