Patient Services Advocate

Our Patient Services Advocate is here to help you and/or your patient resolve any problems they may be experiencing during their TAMC stay. We want you and/or your patient’s experience to be a positive one.

Additionally, our Patient Services Advocate is available by appointment to assist people in completing their advance directives (Healthcare Power of Attorney and Living Will). She can also complete an advance directive with a patient at his or her bedside.

The Patient Services Advocate’s office is near the main entrance by the elevators. Stop by the Guest Relations desk and a guest relations professional will direct you. The phone number is 768-4394.
