How LiveSAFE Works

LiveSAFE is a simple, wireless device worn as a pendant or wristband that allows the wearer to summon help with the push of a button from anywhere in their home, any time of day or night.

The button connects to a trained LiveSAFE response associate, who quickly accesses your profile and dispatches assistance.

Step one: When you need help, press your personal help button, which activates the LiveSAFE Home Unit. The unit dials the LiveSAFE Monitoring Center at TAMC in Presque Isle and establishes two-way voice communication.

Step two: Within seconds, a LiveSAFE Operator with complete access to your full profile communicates with you. He or she asks you what you need and assesses the situation.

Step three: The LiveSAFE Operator then contacts a neighbor, loved one or emergency services to come to your assistance based on your specific needs.

Step four: The LiveSAFE Operator will follow up to ensure that help did arrive.

LiveSAFE proudly serves the following Maine counties:  Aroostook, Hancock, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Penobscot, Sagadahoc, and Waldo.
