Medical Coverage

Earned Time

Accrual begins on or within 500 hours of work. Amount of earned time increases with hours of service based upon regular work hours accumulated up to yearly maximums. Earned time provides employees with paid time off as an alternative to traditional sick leave, holiday and vacation benefit days. 

Employee Assistance Program

Employees are eligible upon hire. Confidential program to assist employees with personal problems via professional counseling.

Holiday Differentials

TAMC observes nine holidays annually. Five of those holidays are considered major holidays and non-exempt employees are paid at one and one half times their normal hourly rate and the remaining four holidays receive a differential of $2.00 per hour.

Life Insurance

For full-time employees, TAMC pays for life insurance valued at one times the employee's annual salary. Supplemental/spousal/dependent coverage is available for employees to purchase in addition to the employer provided basic life insurance.

Retirement Plan
TAMC offers a 403(b) plan and employees may contribute from their date of hire. TAMC provides an employer contribution and match as voted on by the TAMC Board annually.
