Roger Pelli, DO
Roger Pelli, D.O.,
Chief Medical Information Officer, Medical Director and Chair of the Department of Medical Specialists and Physician Advisor – Utilization Management Department, earned his Osteopathic Medical Degree in 1986 from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. He completed both his internship and residency in Family Practice at the Osteopathic Hospital of Maine in Portland, ME. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and by the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
Dr. Pelli became a member of The Aroostook Medical Center’s Active Medical Staff in August 1989. He has served as the Medical Director of the Emergency Department, Chair of the Medical Department and President of the Medical Staff.
Dr. Pelli has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions over his career. He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He was recognized as the Osteopathic Physician of the Year in 1999 by the Maine Osteopathic Association and awarded a special distinguished physician award by TAMC’s Medical Staff in November 2007.
